Raizel and Frankenstein arrive at the predetermined location to meet M-21 and M-24. M-24 feels the aura of a noblesse from Raizel but it's different in Frankenstein's case.
M-21 informs them that the children are in danger as it has been decided by Jake and Mari to remove any potential witnesses. But they don't want that to happen. So, they would like to propose a deal between them to satisfy each others needs for the time being.
Meanwhile, at the research facility, Mari informs Dr. Crombel about Jake and he seems quite interested.
As for Mari's views, she doesn't think the guy who caused Jake's wounds has any other special ability apart from stopping regeneration. However, Dr. Crombel wants to study this strange guy himself.
