Tao meets Ik-Han, who is worried about how Tao found him, and claims that anyone would be surprised to see a hacker at their house. Tao praises Ik-Han's skills and tells him that he has never met anyone like him before. He recounts to Ik-Han that he has faced many strong opponents but he was by far the most fun and so Tao wanted to see what kind of person he was. He wonders if Ik-Han has also felt the loneliness of being a genius and being pushed aside by brutes. At first Ik-Han doesn't understand but realises that even Shinwoo sometimes teases him and he can sympathise with Tao.
At Frankenstein's house, Rai and Frankenstein are sitting together, drinking tea. Frankenstein is very happy as it has been a long time, since they've had a quiet afternoon together. However, it doesn't last long as Regis and Seira return. Seeing Regis upset, Frankenstein questions if something bad has happened to which Seira agrees claiming that Regis has been sulking. Regis refuses to accept it and informs Raizel and Frankenstein that M-21 was only staying with them because of his mission and he left with guys from his organisation.
At their hideout Kranz asks M-21 about the information regarding the Union building that was recently shut down. M-21 states that they should know everything he knows considering he's a low ranking agent. Kranz orders Shark to beat him, telling M-21 not to waste his time. M-21 requests that they be more polite seeing that they want information from him. Shark attacks again but Kranz instructs him to stop and questions M-21 about Dr. Crombel. He informs him that according to the information they've found, M-21 is on a personal assignment from Dr. Crombel and tells him that he will come back later. All of this confuses M-21 who wonders why Crombel is doing all of this. After everyone has left, Takeo gives M-21 some water to drink.
